This body of work examined the phenomenon of Proustian or aromatic memories and how these could be transformed into images and text and captured within metaphoric 'scent bottles' created from glass. Seven scents including gardenia, chlorine, lemon, roses, winter, Panettone cake, and coffee were identified as triggers for memories from childhood and later years.
